before March 30, 2018   

• the completed registration forms for each participant;
• the report following the formatting requirements to be included in the Conference materials;

before April 25, 2018

• the copy of the pay-sheet or the receipt of the mail transfer with the first name of the Conference participant which necessarily must have the postscript "Organizing fee (family name, first name) for participation in IC MPMM 2018".

For each report transfer to IAPMM NASU the organizing fee 150 EUR (for accompanying person and for both junior scientists (under 35) and PhD students - 75 EUR) using bank:
Kredobank of Ukraine (JSC KREDOBANK, Sakharova str. 78, Lviv, Ukraine, SWIFT: WUCBUA2X) via the bank-correspondent KBC BANK NV, Brussels, Belgium, SWIFT-CODE: KREDBEBB, to be included in the account number 26006010055275 (EUR) for IAPMM NASU.

The organizing fee covers the organize expenses, Conference Program and Proceedings, social events, coffee breaks and reception.
